Report of 2022 and prespective 2023
The report of 2022 is positive, our activity has rather focused on rental diagnostics of energy performance diagnostic (DPE), individuals who have to meet municipal obligations.
It’s a year of many real estate movement, definitely that it’ll change especially because bank loans become more difficult to obtain.
We remark there’s again lack of information for individuals on that obligation of DPE especially for properties dedicated to rental. Our challenge is to be present with each owner, reassure them and accompany them. There’s certainly a fiancial stake for them, but which is amortized in 6 years, validity period of rental diagnostics.
We find the expertise acquired by CE2I over the years, changes and generates new contacts in the surrounding areas, like Lalinde, or still La Réole.
We are a close contact until in Libourne or Bergerac.
Our perspective 2023 : hire a new technician (man or woman) to help us. We don’t control all real estate movement, but we know our strength is to be reactive, and we want to stay that way.
The team remains attentive to market développements, we are really involved with our customers, professionals or individuals, we provide for each of them a response adapted to their problem.
We aren’t just applicators and we want to keep this method we consider good.
